In its effort to promote the connection between diversity and flexibility and high performance workplaces, the Alliance recognizes outstanding initiatives and individuals leading their industries in these areas. In 2019 we launched our Luminary Award which recognizes an exceptional global leader for his or her extraordinary commitment to diversity. Our Flex Impact Award honors initiatives poised to have an impact on an organization’s culture and our Flex Leader and Flex Success® Awards recognize leaders who champion these issues.
