In its effort to promote the connection between diversity and flexibility and high performance workplaces, the Alliance recognizes outstanding initiatives and individuals leading their industries in these areas. In 2019, we launched our Luminary Award, which recognizes an exceptional global leader for their extraordinary commitment to building human-centered organizations. The DFA Impact Award honors initiatives proven to have a significant impact on humanizing the workplace, and our Flex Leader, Flex Success®, and Culture Catalyst Awards recognize leaders, business professionals, and attorneys who champion these issues. All of our awards are presented each fall during the Alliance’s Annual Conference.
