The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s Innovation Circles were designed to create a virtual “brain trust” in a collegial setting where participants can confidentially share their concerns and explore potential solutions with the advice of a small group of trusted colleagues.
Innovation Circles are hosted on a quarterly basis and are open to Talent & Diversity leaders at member organizations.
Members can register for upcoming Innovation Circles in the Member Resource Center or by emailing Emma Simpkins. General questions should be directed to Angela Whitehead Quigley.
