The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s Innovation Circles were designed to create a virtual “brain trust” in a collegial setting where participants can confidentially share their concerns and explore potential solutions with the advice of a small group of trusted colleagues.
Innovation Circles are hosted on a quarterly basis and are open to Talent & Diversity leaders at member organizations.
