Upcoming Event -Flex Advisor Workshop
The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s Flex Advisor Workshop is a two-hour training session (offered both live and remotely) on the fundamentals of successfully managing flexible work programs. The workshop is designed for talent management, human resource professionals, or practicing lawyers who have an administrative role or manage the day-to-day aspects of their organization’s flex program. The workshop will draw on the Alliance’s Flex Success™ Framework, a five-step proprietary process for implementing and evolving effective flexible work programs.
The workshop will focus on:
– Communicating the business case for flexibility
– Promoting a culture of flexibility
– Developing a holistic flex program
– Engaging stakeholders and leaning into resistance
– Interrupting flex stigma
– Creating a community for flex lawyers
– Celebrating Flex Success™
The Flex Advisor Workshop is open to both members and non-members. Registration is required and spaces are limited. Those that cannot join us in DC may participate via telephone (registration still required).
